Therapeutic Yoga & Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes techniques which may include a mixture of deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness practices that reduce stress, help to reset the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance to both the mind and body. Sessions are individually tailored to compliment your mental health therapeutic process.
Individual therapeutic yoga sessions are offered and led by Nicole Mouton, an internationally certified yoga therapist.
