Mindful Movement is a holistic approach that utilizes relaxation techniques which may include a mixture of deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness practices that reduce stress, help to reset the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance to both the mind and body. 

Private Mindful Movement sessions are offered and led by Nicole, who is specifically trained to apply yoga therapeutically for a number of health conditions.  

All practices are adapted and applied to your individual needs – Each session is tailored just for you.
