Nicole is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) according to the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) guidelines. She is also a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a program developed at the Trauma and Embodiment Center in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Known for her gentle, respectful approach, Nicole works with individuals in private and semi-private sessions where she tailors each session to her client's specific needs.

Originally from South Africa, Nicole lived and worked in the Middle East for 10 years where she discovered the healing benefits of mindful practices and yoga during a very hectic and stressful period of her life. Since embarking on her journey to become a certified yoga therapist, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
