She takes an individualized holistic approach by viewing each person as a whole, taking into consideration the layers of their past, their present, and their motivations. She is known for her gentle, respectful approach and believes strongly that combining various disciplines offer the tools we all need to not only find inspiration but to gain insight, and self-awareness while discovering healing that can change the course of our lives.

Originally from South Africa, Nicole lived and worked in the Middle-East for 10 years where she re-discovered the healing power of mindful practices during a hectic and stressful period of her life. Since becoming a certified yoga instructor in Dubai, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
