Nicole helps clients restore a sense of calm and balance in their daily lives by focusing on easing symptoms of both mental and physical distress through personalized private Mindful Movement sessions.

Mindful Movement is a gentle blend of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices -- which calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. 


Nicole is trained in using yoga therapeutically and is known for her gentle, respectful approach. She works with individuals in private and semi-private sessions where she tailors each session to her client's specific needs.

Whether you are experiencing pain, feeling troubled, or simply want to improve your general well-being, Mindful Movement is a wonderful complementary therapy to conventional medicine for some of the following:

Originally from South Africa, Nicole lived and worked in the Middle-East for 10 years where she re-discovered the healing power of mindful practices during a hectic and stressful period of her life. Since becoming a certified instructor, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
