Mindful Movement is a gentle blend of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices -- which calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being.
Nicole is trained in using yoga therapeutically and is known for her gentle, respectful approach. She works with individuals in private and semi-private sessions where she tailors each session to her client's specific needs.

Originally from South Africa, Nicole lived and worked in the Middle-East for 10 years where she re-discovered the healing power of mindful practices during a hectic and stressful period of her life. Since becoming a certified yoga instructor in Dubai, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from around the globe helping them find balance and healing.
