Individual counseling and therapy provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment to address one on one the issues that are concerning you.  While some concerns can be resolved with brief therapy, there is often a need to do deeper work in order to address the root issues that affect many areas of our lives. 


Coaching + Consulting

Coaching is an opportunity to grow and discover more about yourself.  This type of work is usually very flexible and could be just one session or several depending on the desired outcome for coaching.

Mindful Movement

Mindful movement is a mixture of breathing, stretching, and mindful relaxation exercises. It helps to bring a sense of calm to both the mind and body. Mindful Movement is not about fitness; it is about emotional health and well-being. Couples Counseling 

Couples counseling provides a safe and neutral environment, where each individual can express their thoughts and feelings. Common issues that bring couples to therapy include :

  • ​​Communication difficulties

  • Intimacy issues

  • Anger

  • Parenting issues

  • Pre-marital counseling

  • Intercultural differences


Family Therapy 

Family therapy is a form of counseling that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. It is highly recommended for improving communication and reducing conflict.

Some common reasons for seeking family therapy include:

  • When a child is having a problem such as with school, substance abuse, or an eating disorder.

  • A major trauma or change that impacts the entire family (i.e. deployment, relocation, natural disaster).

  • Unexpected or traumatic loss of a family member.

  • Adjustment to a new family member in the home (i.e. birth of a sibling, adoption, foster children, a grandparent entering the home).

  • Domestic violence

  • Divorce

  • Parent Conflict


Group Counseling

Group counseling provides a safe and supportive environment to learn and experiment with new behaviors, improve communication skills, and receive feedback from other members with similar concerns and interests.

Counseling groups run for 6 to 8 weeks and focus on specific skills and themes such as anxiety/depression or transitions. A therapeutic group consists of five to eight people committing themselves to attend weekly group sessions.
