Therapeutic Yoga & Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga utilizes techniques that may include a mixture of deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness practices that reduce stress, help reset the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance to both the mind and body. Sessions are individually tailored to complement your mental health therapeutic process.
Individual therapeutic yoga sessions are offered and led by Nicole Mouton, an internationally certified yoga therapist.
