Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach that utilizes relaxation techniques which may include a mixture of deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness practices that reduce stress, help to reset the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance to both the mind and body.
Private yoga therapy sessions are offered and led by Nicole, who is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist.
