Fundamental to Deborah’s approach is a belief that we all show up the best we can at any given time and that solutions to life’s challenges are never black & white.
When we get stuck, we are usually missing some form of insight, and are behaving in patterns that may no longer be effective for us. Growth requires a safe space for reflection, a collaborative client-counselor relationship, and a willingness to explore new behaviours and skills.

An Integrative Approach
Counseling is a collaborative process where a trusted relationship between client and counselor is foundational to positive outcomes. After a thorough intake, Deborah works with you to crystallize your goals and develop a step-by-step plan to achieve them.
Her approach is wholistic and integrative, incorporating evidence-based techniques that best suit your needs, values, culture, and goals, to build added resilience.
