Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. After working in person at East to West Counseling in Stuttgart for three years while on SOFA status, Lisa remains an active affiliate of the East to West Counseling team.

Lisa has a passion for supporting U.S. military members and their families as they navigate the high demands, performance pressures, and sacrifices that come with living a military and expatriate life. She specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression while fostering emotional safety and authentic connection. As a military spouse herself, Lisa understands firsthand the unique stressors placed on service members and their families.

She works with both military and civilian couples, individuals, and blended families who desire to transform their relationships, strengthen emotional bonds, and attain deeper intimacy and connection.

Approach
