Insurance & Fees
Insurance
All therapists at East to West Counseling operate as independent practitioners in private practice. As such, they are unable to accept German public health insurance (Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung).

However, many private international and U.S.-based insurance plans may reimburse a portion or the full cost of counseling services. Because coverage varies by provider and individual policy, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your mental health benefits and reimbursement options.

You may wish to ask your insurance provider:

-
Do my benefits include outpatient mental health counseling?
-
Do I have out-of-network coverage?
-
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
-
Is a referral required?
-
What documentation is needed for reimbursement?
-

Therapists can provide invoices and supporting documentation upon request to assist with reimbursement claims.
Tricare
Our therapists are not currently authorized Tricare providers. However, some clients using Tricare Select may be eligible for partial reimbursement of counseling services. Coverage policies can vary, so we recommend contacting Tricare directly to verify your eligibility, benefits, and reimbursement requirements.

Counseling Fees
Each therapist functions as an independent practitioner and establishes their own fee structure. Session fees may vary depending on the therapist, service provided, and session length.
For specific information about counseling fees, availability, and services, please contact your chosen therapist directly using the contact information listed on their profile page.
